I called this company up per a suggestion from Solar City, as a third party installer, that could remove a solar panel from my house so that I could do work on my chimney. They took about two weeks to set their schedule, they came out and took the panel off no problem. I was impressed and was going to write a glowing review. However, something told me to wait until the job was done. Fast forward one month and the work on my chimney was completed. I called them back to have them come back out and they said that everything was set, they would put in a work order in and I would hear from them the next week with a date for service. I got no call back. Two weeks after this initial call, I called back and talked to the receptionist and was told sorry. She said that she would talk to the owner and that I would get a call that afternoon with a time that they would come out. Two days went by and I called again and I’m told the same thing by the same person. I then called each day for the following week and no one answered the phone. So either they lied to me and started screening my calls (which earned them the one star, I would have understood if they told me they were not coming out for whatever reason) or they went out of business either way I would not be able to recommend their services to anyone..
