We believe solar power is key to a brighter, greener future for Connecticut. By tapping into the sun’s abundant energy, homeowners can lower their energy bills, shrink their carbon footprint, and support clean electricity in our state. That’s why we’re so passionate about spreading solar awareness and adoption from Bridgeport to Hartford.
Our big-picture goal is to massively increase solar power in Connecticut. To make that happen, we’re focused on educating the public, partnering with trusted local solar companies, and supporting solar-friendly policies that take advantage of our state’s solar potential.
In the next 5 years, we aim to triple the number of solar-powered homes in our service area. We’ll do this by ramping up community outreach, expanding our network of vetted installers, and making solar financing more accessible. Our dream is for Connecticut to lead the nation in residential solar – and inspire other states to follow suit.
