1. “I originally posted how happy I was with the process. Almost within days this has turned from an exciting new addition to an utter and complete nightmare. Do not sign with them!!! I made the decision to move forward and almost instantly I changed my mind from financing to paying out in cash. So the original contract was cancelled, I signed a new contract for a price and put down 10% down payment. Then I woke up to paper work from the a bank saying my financing was pushed through. But they financed my loan for a different amount that I signed for, a different production amount that I signed for, they have kept my 10% down payment in cash as if I was paying in cash. I have called numerous times and I get nowhere with them.They do not honor what they have signed, and when I have called numerous times each time I am promised someone will call me within 24 hours. No one calls! Stay away from momentum solar!”
