Pretty pathetic company. Workers are lazy. System was bought almost 4 years ago. Me an my neighbor only have rail on our home. There excuse is covid is the reason we can’t finish. Covid? 4 years later?

They haven’t returned my calls or emails for months….even though website suggests that they are still taking new business….having an issue with a panel that is in warranty…
Looks like they went out of business leaving everyone who purchased a system from them with no warranty support.
I have enjoyed my solar for 5 years until they had to come put a new innverter in last February (after 2 1/2 months of no solar generation).
I have been paying for electricity ever since. I have left several messages (voicemail, email and through their website “contact us” message. It is unfortunate that they cannot return a simple phone call.
Christopher is condescending and rude. Zero customer service skills or support. Rather than address my questions regarding their annual service and maintenance contract, which they never fullfilled, Christopher just talked in circles. When I pressed for the information he hung up on me. I would not recommend this company unless you like being treated rudely.
I highly recommend Green Earth Energy PV. Greg worked closely with me to design the perfect system for my home for a very reasonable price per watt. Once permits were obtained, work began immediately. Everyone involved was professional, the process transparent and communication was excellent. We’re now generating 50kWh on sunny days and it feels great knowing we’re doing our part to reduce our carbon footprint. Thank you Green Earth Energy!

My business finally made the leap to solar last year after seeing some local businesses make the investment and I couldn’t be happier. One year in and we’ve had no maintenance issues and I’m saving a significant amount on energy costs. Staff was friendly and informative throughout the installation process. Would highly recommend!
This is a real poorly managed company with untrained everybody from management to laborers. I would highly advise against the use of this company for one there is hardly any oversight and they wind up having leaks at atleast half the jobs, there manager barely knows what’s going on at each job, he doesn’t really do anything but make an appearance here and there to show face, as far as managing there is very little of that! Then the company cuts corners by having half trained laborers doing jobs that require certifications and proper training such as roofing and waterproofing, electrical wiring etc. Steer clear of this company if your looking for quality work that will last
