I installed solar on my home in 2022. The installation was smooth, efficient, and very well done. HOWEVER, what I am really impressed by is the customer service. I had and issue with my solar panels in June of 2024 and half of my units were not working. I called prime and within a few days they had a tech out to look at my panels and had them fixed and back up running at full efficency. In an age where a lot of companies will try to wiggle out of a warranty or try to find an excuse to sell you more products, it is nice to know at least one company sticks by their word and fixes your issues with no additional hassle. Thank you to all who assisted me.
I needed a roof replacement due to leaks, but I also had existing solar panels from another company that is no longer in business. I contacted Prime Solar, and from the beginning, Shawn was on top of it. The team was on time and extremely professional. I had a beautiful new roof in two days, and the solar reinstallation was done shortly after. Finding a company that handles everything with such a high level of craftsmanship is a blessing. Thanks to the team at Prime Solar for all your help.
Although I was very skeptical to install solar, I’m so glad I did. My electric bill has been zero dollars. Prime solar is timely and efficient. Everything that was promised was delivered. I especially am in love with the heat pump. The installation went smoothly, the team was great. I highly recommend prime solar to anyone who is one the fence to at least sit down and hear what this team has to say.
Everything that was presented in the deal was delivered and installed with top tier professionalism. End product looks great and the app that came with it shows daily solar harvesting. The process was explained, including the expected delays and potential issues with the UI. That said, my system is up and running, and we are now enjoying the benefits of not being at the mercy of the electric company and irrational rate increases. From the first meeting at my house until the completion of my solar project Mr Michael Wiltshire provided nothing but legendary customer service. Mike left no stone unturned, he is very kind and honest and will ensure that your solar project goes smoothly. Because I loved the design and price that Mike presented me on our second meeting I ended up redoing the roof on my house before solar panels were installed. Now I pretty much have a brand new house and one less bill to worry about. My system produces more than enough power and gives me the ability to get credits from Eversource. I highly recommend Prime Energy for your solar power needs. Way to go Mr Michael Wiltshire. I was so pleased and honored to do business with you. We will do more business in the future when I buy my second house.
Very professional and the whole process was so smooth! Were very prompt in getting back with answers to our questions! High quality roof and panels! Also huge point is the installers were great with my dog who kept wanting to say hi to them! Would recommend them to anyone!
Three weeks ago we chose Sunlight Solar to install a system on our new home after interviewing 2 other companies. It was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! I would recommend Prime energy to anyone looking for solar and beyond. David is a true professional and extremely patient when explaining the entire process. When building my system he even took into account the unfinished basement area that we will be completing work on soon. He listened to all my requests and along with Shawn the owner, were able to build the ideal system for my brand new home. So happy with my experience!!
Friends that are always there for you are invaluable. They were easy to reach, and their assistance was invaluable as we coordinated the transfer of our utilities and more. Shawn, the owner of the company, came to my house early in the morning to do the installation. Never before have I seen a business owner who took the time to express such gratitude for my very minor efforts. As the sales manager, Benjamin was a close colleague and friend. He patiently explained each step and advised me on which option would be best for my household. 5 Stars! I endorse this product with no reservations.
This company provides a poor service, upon review of my family house they used a Google maps image that is probably 10 or more years old and the trees in the yard are no longer there and they decided to argue with my family about it and did not provide an in person evaluation on my yard and house. Then they plan to make a home visit several times and give me a date but they never show up or call at all until we have to call them complaining that they never showed up. Well needless to say we ended up going with a different company after this company waisted mine and my families time.
Edit: the reply is so automatic and the response is so inaccurate as it does not reflect anything that was discussed on the phone. The company makes no sense and makes up lies to protect their self image.
