I purchased my solar system from another solar company and within six months of installation my insurer notified me had to have the roof replaced. I contacted my prior solar company who said the roof was fine and if I wanted it replaced they would have someone out there in about 12-16 months. At that point I tried many avenues to rectify the situation including a complaint as I felt that they just wanted the sale. I could not get any response from my prior solar company other that saying the roof was fine. I called Mystic Solar who put me in touch with their installer who removed and replaced the panels (at a cost to me instead of my prior solar company) The work was done on time and quickly. Mystic Solar followed up to ensure I was happy and they never charged me for their time. In hindsight I wish I had contacted Mystic Solar first. Smaran was great and followed up to ensure the work was done correctly. I highly recommend Mystic Solar for their service, follow up and quality.

We first met Smaran back in 2018 and he set us up with a Sunpower system that has worked flawlessly ever since. We generate plenty of energy and haven’t had to pay Eversource anything other than a monthly line charge. We’ve received a credit at the end of each year as well. Smaran even stops by from time to time to check in not only on the system but with my Wife and I as well! Would recommend a Sunpower system to anyone thinking about solar and definitely do it with Smaran. A nice, no pressure, fun experience!

Mystic Solar is a wise choice! We started researching solar panels years ago and four years ago we met Smaran. We told him we were not ready to go solar until we got a new roof, but that we would not forget him when the time to get solar panels arrived. We made appointments with 3 companies after tons of research, including , as promised, an appointment with Smaran of Mystic Solar. Smaran answered all our questions, guided us through the whole process, and still checks in with us! The process went faster than they told us and we have been saving money from the moment the panels were turned on, in fact we haven’t had an electric bill in 4 months! Sun Power installers were kind, efficient, and cleaned up after. Sun Power panels even work when totally covered with pollen! This is a big feat as we have 7 people in our house with air conditioning and a washer and dryer that are running constantly. We are beyond pleased with our choice to go with Mystic Solar!

My wife and I talked to several other solar companies before deciding on Mystic Solar. The other companies either didn’t give us straight answers or didn’t follow through. Smaran, at Mystic Solar was great. His answers were clear and concise. Everything he told us turned out to be true. Our system is fully operational. My experience with this company has been nothing but professional and I asked many many questions before I decided to go solar. They were patient with my questions and quickly responded. The installation was quick and easy. Any follow-up questions were answered very quickly.

It’s been a couple years now and everything has been great. The system has been sized right and provides all the power we need. I am so pleased with the system I have recommended Mystic Solar to my daughter who is going through the process. This is the place to go to get all your questions answered without a high pressure sales pitch and get the best panels available and a system that is all from one manufacturer. If you do have a problem you only have one phone call to get service. I rarely write reviews or recommend anything but I really believe Mystic Solar deserves a 5 start rating and a writeup to explain why.
